Ingredients
- 1/2 cube Butter
- 4 to 5 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 6 mushrooms, chopped
- 6 babycorns chopped
- 6 water chestnuts,chopped
- 4 broccoli florets, chopped
- 1/2 Carrots, chopped
- Any veg of your choice, chopped or just use the stir-fry vegs from costco
Method
In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add the butter and heat. Add the garlic and saute, stirring, for 1 minute. Add some water to prevent the garlic from burning.(add more water if required) Add all of the vegetables and cook until just starting to wilt, about 2 minutes. Add salt and stir well and cook just until vegetables are wilted, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.(you can also add chilli flakes or pepper)
